How soon can you install my fence?

As soon as the fences are out from the production, we can schedule the installation right away. However, production time differs for each fence based on the size, type, and design. So, we cannot say for now the exact waiting time. However, on average, fence production takes about 5 weeks. Once we get the go signal that your fences are ready, we will immediately inform you so we can proceed with the installation the soonest that we can. As long as the weather is fine and permitting, we can guarantee that your fences are ready in the next 2 weeks.

How long will my fence installation take?

The fastest that we can do the installation is within a week. But we ask our clients to give us at least 2 weeks since we anticipate that there may be unexpected delays. Normally, we experience suspensions when the weather is unfavorable which is a difficult working condition. We also suspend work on holidays, except on very rare occasions when the project is in a rush. But rest assured that we have a systematic process for an efficient fence installation.  Within that 1 to 2 weeks, the working days are nonconsecutive.  There are specific days which are intended for cement curing.

Will you obtain a fence permit for my project?

Yes, we will obtain it for you. Over the years, we noticed that permits were one of the primary delays in our projects. While project interruptions are bothersome for the property owners, it is, however, the same for the contractors. To avoid it from happening because of the lack of permit, we have formulated a process to do this task for our clients. For it to be possible, you will have to supply us with the following documents.

  • Mortgage survey
  • Signature notarization
  • Neighbor’s signature forms
  • Neighborhood association approval

The processing of permit may take quite some time and so we encourage clients to submit these documents the earliest possible.

We do not require our clients to consult their neighbors, but we highly suggest doing it. We can guarantee that your neighbor will appreciate this common courtesy. In the last 19 years of building fences, we’ve been first-hand witnesses of neighbors getting into conflict because of fences. These misunderstanding typically arise due to conflicting interests in terms of the fence itself, while for some involves the inconvenience that fence installation brings. It is less likely for any of these to happen if you decide to consult them first. Aside from that, they can make the necessary adjustments on their end.

How Deep Should My Fence Posts Be?

We cannot determine the depth of the fence posts as of now since fence height is still indefinite. However, once we have identified the exact measurement of your fence, we can begin to compute the needed depth of fence posts. Fence posts is essential to be deep enough to provide better stability. For example, average sized fences require 3 to 4 feet fence posts. Fences taller than average need deeper fence posts. But we suggest that you do not worry about your fence posts because our team is very knowledgeable in this matter. They can take care of the technicalities for your fences.

Should the Fence Touch the Ground?

No, the fence should not touch the ground. Direct contact with the ground may be harmful for your fences. The rust then can damage your fences which might eventually require either restoration or replacement. However, there are special types fences which are designed to touch the ground. Normally, this specific type is used to keep pests, stray animals, and rodents away. You don’t need to worry about it since it has enough protection to keep moisture from causing any damage.

Does the Weather Affect the Installation?

Yes, weather does affect it. Weather conditions which we avoid include too high temperature, too low temperature, heavy rain, and humidity. These weather conditions are unconducive for the installation process and may cause a hard time on our team. Aside from that, aforementioned weather conditions may also fail the setting of concrete. Meanwhile, fence materials may also swell or contract on different temperatures. We refuse to proceed with the installation when materials are not in their perfect conditions because it might affect the fence in the long run. You can expect that we may suspend installation work when the weather is bad.

What Material Should I Use for My Fence?

There is an appropriate material to use depending on the purpose of the fence. Some fences are more compatible with metal materials such as steel and aluminum. Meanwhile there are fences which are better in other materials such as wood, concrete, or vinyl. Wood and vinyl materials can provide sufficient privacy. Typically, fences which are 7 to 10 feet high can keep you concealed in your property while enjoying your yard with the family. However, if the fences are intended to restrain the children, then a shorter fence can do the job. It is enough to serve as barrier to keep pets and kids within the property. Whichever height of fence you prefer, you can be sure that every fence is durable and stable.

How Long Will the Fence Last?

Your fences should last for at least 10 years.
